昔々あるところに・・・
It is a certain place once upon a time...
そんな時代の雨乞いの行事です｡
It is the event of pray for rain of such a time.

| 竹竿約４メートル、生竹約４メートル｡ ２本ずつ出ている枝の一本を切り落とす｡ About 4m of bamboo poles, A raw bamboo, about 4m. One of the branches which have come out two at a time is cut off. |
先端を少し残して枝を束ねながら紐で縛り付けていく｡ It binds with a string, leaving a few tips and bundling a branch. |

| 1.2メートル〜1.3メートル重ねて紐で縛りつける｡ It binds in piles 1.2m - 1.3m with a string. |
残しておいた先端の部分が昇り龍の頭になる｡ The portion at the tip which it left rises and it becomes the head of a dragon. |
